What "Know Your Customer" means

Know Your Customer (KYC) is the standard process by which a financial service confirms that a client is a real, identifiable person, and that the information provided at registration is accurate.

At National Financial Inclusion Programme, the KYC procedure involves gathering and validating essential information about you: your complete legal name, birth date, country where you reside, communication information and the payment method you plan to utilize. We validate the information entered during registration against the documentation you submit.

What we do not do

We do not ask for your online banking password, your full card PIN, or remote access to your device. No member of our team will ever request those. Any message that does is not from us and should be reported through the abuse form.

What "anti-money laundering" means

Anti-money laundering (AML) is the set of internal controls a financial service uses to prevent its platform from being used to move the proceeds of crime, to finance illegal activity, or to disguise the true origin of funds.

AML procedures extend beyond a single identity verification. They encompass account risk assessment, sanctions screening and checks for politically-exposed persons, restrictions on atypical deposit activity, documentation requirements, internal notification of questionable transactions and, where applicable legislation mandates, submission to the relevant regulator.

Should AML requirements and your instructions diverge, AML requirements take precedence. This may result in transaction delays, requests for supplementary documentation, or account restrictions until resolution occurs.

Rationale

Why verification is required

  1. 01

    Legal obligation

Services that hold or transmit client funds are generally required to identify their clients before providing the service. This is not optional and applies to every account without exception.

  2. 02

    Protecting your money

Account verification establishes a single identifiable account holder. This significantly decreases the risk of unauthorized access, and ensures that funds can only be returned to payment methods verified as yours.

  3. 03

    Keeping the platform clean

Screening keeps sanctioned parties and anonymous shell activity off the platform, which protects every other client using it.

  4. 04

    Faster payouts later

An account that completes verification upfront avoids additional checks during withdrawal processing, eliminating delays when they are most inconvenient.

Documents

Which documents are accepted

We ask for up to three categories of document. Files should be colour images or PDFs, fully in frame, unedited, with all four corners and all text legible.

1. Identity document

An official document displaying your image, complete name, birth date, identification number and validity period. Typical examples include a passport, national identity card, or photographic driver's license. The document must remain valid and non-expired.

2. Proof of address

A recent document, usually issued within the last few months, showing your name and your residential address as it appears on your account. Typical examples are a utility statement, a bank or card statement, a local tax or municipal notice, or an official letter from a public authority. Post-office boxes and addresses belonging to someone else are not accepted.

3. Proof of payment method

Documentation confirming the payment method belongs to you. For credit or debit cards, this typically means a photograph showing your name, initial six digits and final four digits and expiration date, with other numbers and the CVV obscured.

For bank account transfers, you must provide a bank statement or official confirmation in your name containing the account number. For digital payment services, provide a profile screenshot displaying your name and account number.

Formats and file size

Upload limits, accepted file types and any additional document requests are shown in the verification area of your account. Documents in a language other than the account language may require a translation; the compliance team will tell you if that applies.

Process

The verification steps

  1. 01

    Register

Create the account with your real legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email and phone number. Details that do not match your documents are the most common cause of delay.

  2. 02

    Confirm contact details

Confirm your email address and, where requested, your phone number. This proves the contact channels belong to you.

  3. 03

    Upload your identity document

Provide the pages containing your image and identifying information. Certain verifications may include a brief identity confirmation or facial recognition verification to validate document authenticity.

  4. 04

    Upload proof of address

Furnish a current acceptable document in your name corresponding to your registered address.

  5. 05

    Confirm the payment method

Provide proof of the instrument you will use to fund and to receive withdrawals.

  6. 06

    Screening and review

Your file is assessed by the compliance department, who conduct required regulatory screening and sanctions checks, then either authorize the account or request corrections.

  7. 07

    Confirmation

Notification is sent when your account status is updated. You can always review your current verification status within your account's verification section.

Timing

How long a check takes

Most complete submissions are reviewed within a few hours to a couple of business days. Files that need a second look, a translation or an additional document can take longer.

Review times depend on volume, on the quality of the uploads and on whether any additional screening is triggered. The processing window that applies to your account, together with the current status of each document, is shown in your account area - that published figure is the one to rely on, not any figure quoted elsewhere.

  • Clear, complete, unedited uploads are reviewed fastest.
  • Requests submitted outside business hours are queued for the next working day.
  • Enhanced review, where required, adds time and is communicated to you.
Troubleshooting

Why a check can be rejected

A rejection is usually a document problem, not a judgement about you. In most cases you can simply re-upload and the account is approved on the second attempt.

ReasonHow to fix it

Ongoing controls

Ongoing transaction monitoring

Verification is not a one-time event. Accounts and transactions are monitored for as long as the relationship lasts.

What is monitored

Account deposit and withdrawal behaviors, modifications to payment methods, modifications to residence or communication channels, conduct inconsistent with your initial profile, and activity identified by our automated screening mechanisms.

What can happen as a result

  • A request for refreshed documents or an explanation of the source of funds.
  • A temporary hold on a specific transaction while it is reviewed.
  • Adjustment of the limits published in your account.
  • Suspension or termination of the account where required by applicable legislation.

Records

Identification data and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable law after the relationship ends, and are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. In some cases, legal restrictions prevent us from disclosing to a client that a regulatory submission has occurred.

Your side

Your obligations

  • Supply truthful, current and thorough information, maintaining its accuracy and currency.
  • Utilize exclusively your own capital and your own payment methods - do not use another individual's resources.
  • Maintain a single account and protect your login information.
  • Respond to document requests within the timeframe stated in the request.
  • Tell us promptly if you change country of residence, legal name or payment method.
  • Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately.

Providing false or tampered documents constitutes a serious violation. This results in account termination and, where required by applicable law, notification to the competent authority.

Support

Where to ask questions

If anything on this page is unclear, or you want to know the exact status of your own verification, ask us before uploading again.

Who reviews my documents?

A trained compliance reviewer. Files are stored on restricted systems, and access is limited to staff who need it for the check.

Can I start before I am verified?

You can register and explore the account, but funding, trading and withdrawals depend on the verification status published in your account.

Do I have to verify again later?

Possibly. Documents expire, addresses change and periodic refresh is a normal part of AML compliance. We will contact you if a refresh is needed.

How do I contact the compliance team?

Use the contact route on our contact page and mention "KYC" or "verification" in your message, together with the email address on your account. Please do not send document images by unsecured channels - upload them in the account area instead.

Licenses & regulatory information

Before you upload

Get verified once, cleanly

Ninety per cent of delays come from three things: a blurred photo, an out-of-date address document, and a payment method in someone else's name. Fix those and most checks pass first time.

Need help with a document?

Our support team will provide you with precise details regarding which file was denied and the specific reason for the rejection.

  • Check the verification area of your account first.
  • Then contact support with your registered email address.
